Thinking big things in 2020! The bullies will get promoted because their bosses are also bullies or scared of them. I think we only have 60 VPs and Directors now (good job bye AP! But maybe you don’t know this because you’re never around lol) so it’s time for 20 new Directors and VPs. There’s probably room for a couple more execs at that boardroom table and I’m sure a few more rejects from TC Energy are just waiting for their transfer to CVE papers.. big things guys I’m so excited.
What? You were hoping for our share price to recover? 20 for 20? Yeah so, um, tough.
Other than the balance sheet AP could care less about the company. He’s got CEO on his resume and now he’s hardly here. He’s out of here in a couple of years. So ya anyone that was hopeful he’d make lasting positive changes, too bad so sad.
With DZ running strategy we’re in excellent hands. Does anyone know if he’s learned to spell strategy yet?
Another year of no wage increases is what I am expecting and no promotions. Unless you are in HR where every second person is a senior specialist or if you are a VPs favourite. Meet one of those two conditions and you’re on your way up. HR looks after HR first, that’s rule number one at cenovus. Alex still hasn’t been able to fix this core issue.

Doubt it, Nobody is buying conventional anything right now.
They brought in an A&D guy to properly evaluate & sell Deep Basin. That cash will he used to fund more Oil Sands expansions or buy someone like MEG.
Well isn’t that the CVE way. Talkers and a holes. Survival by yes men and telling the multiple layers of incompetent managers what they want to hear. But this is a good sign. Big Z is getting the treatment he finally deserves. He never earned his spot. He never wrote those exams.
I think that they are finally going to see the light and promote me to a VP as I so richly deserve. Then things will improve around here; 2 for 1 pasta lunches at the staff cafeteria on Fridays, a gym, a daycare, and free iPhones for everyone. That will make me popular with the little people ( sorry I mean employees) and get me promoted to EVP by June and then I will make even more drastic changes. A wide ranging ban on bad hair (bangs) days, and nominate a peer for dunk tank day every Wednesday. Have an annoying coworker? Nominate them for dunk tank day. That’ll teach them. I’m also thinking about wear your pyjamas to work on Mondays but HR is a bit cold on that idea so far. They resist greatness I think. Oh and 20 for 20 will be a for sure thing I’m 2020.

Big change coming still for 2019.... but 2020 should be great. The company is finally focused and making money. Make it rain $$ AP!

A great team effort and cash in 20 for 20
