Have you gotten a settlement check yet? If so, do you have the number whereto call and find out any information about it?

The settlement check is for fsla overtime pay. It was for the company not being specific on what they were paying you for. You will see that check next year automatically. This is on the wireless side though.

That's funny. I could write a book on all the hoops you have to jump through. It's a deliberate drag out making it dang near ti complete before the deadline. Remember get all the booklets of lawyers paper work and snail mail signed documents and contacts before you leave the company. Its awful what the company has done to their employees.
