Optum has always been a feud system, unfortunately.
OEA, optum enterpris analytic,heard 41. Data science s-xiest job in 21 century? got cut today. They had one round in April. now agin. levels pretty high. Heard one comment, you need to be in somebody's circle of trust to stay on. not to be negative, but since when Optum becomes 'feud' system?
All departments have mandatory meetings even the kmqat group not sure if any more layoffs for us
