Rumors of a major re-org to hit in Jan '20. Can anyone share more detail?

Many affected now are getting a decent severance. I fear for those of us left who may not get the same treatment as they move to module-only, as the COO has been heard to say
Yes, this is the final step for them to exit EPC business. Selling their O&M business is next. As a favor to those who were entitled bonus payments for their service in 2019, they kept jobs into the new year. About 80 people affected.
