Agreed. Managers in my M&R case management dept did not and still do not know anything. Staff were getting invited to meetings about being moved to other departments and the managers hadn't even been told. Very sad and disorganized. So much talent and tenure tossed out like garbage.
You gotta say what department because in E&I the supervisors didn't even know until their reps were already told. So saying a supervisor knows about more layoffs in February is just fear mongering unless you mention what department.
That would be round 4 since they have done this in October, November and December.
A February layoff would be like Round 4

I'm speechless over this ..my team is so busy...have no idea how they will manage all these members!
I was told the same today by my boss. There’s another round in February.
I am beside myself... where can we go and feel stable ? I am torn I also heard a round 2 lay-off. Get a back up plan always ... omg so sad
