What's the next benefit to go?

I'm just wondering how far they're going to go in making this place the least desirable to work fork in the country.

Just got the 2018 Summary Annual Report from Xerox for the 401K. Odd, I think every company has 9 months from the year-end date, in this case December 31st, to send these out. So, why did it nearly take Xerox 12 months to get theirs out?

Next benefit to go is benefit of the doubt. For example, thinking that after re-locating you won’t be terminated. Tuition assistance and 2% bone-us are also on the table.

Reducing vacation, as mentioned in another thread. I can't see this happening to Xerox direct, but it could happen to those rebadged to HCL.

Reducing pay, this would be pretty extreme. If this happened, it would result in all the good people leaving.

Giving 0 for the employee incentive program announced earlier this year. It's never been clear to me how this would pay out anyway, so it's easy to wave their hands in the air and give nothing.

Reducing medical, but nothing would change until 2021 as we already have 2020 set.

Reducing or eliminating 401k match. This is the most likely to happen short term, though there are no signs I've seen it's being considered.

Search on "Carl Icahn worker benefits". You'll find a treasure trove of information that proves he has no respect for the middle class American worker. His motto should be Make The Middle Class Poor Again. Since it became illegal to raid pension funds, he's gone after worker's benefits in every single company he's ever touched. You should put forth an effort that is commensurate with your compensation. If your total compensation is decreasing then decrease your effort.
