I’m surprised they even put out that survey. If I’ve learned anything by watching those stupid Xerox webinars it’s that Xerox does NOT care about its employees.
They never gave you questions that let you speak negatively of the company - just your manager. And god forbid you wrote something bad about your manager or your manager's manager - you end up getting locked in a room for hours as a team for how to improve.
Does it really matter. Other than showing most employees are not happy with the company nothing ever changes...

In HP, there was one survey so bad that the explanation was 'if you adjust for the overall negative attitudes, the results are actually pretty good.'
In 2 years they'll do it again with more new people, congratulate themselves on the "improvement" and give themselves a bonus.
