Marvin said at the last store meeting that 80% of customers don't need help if the shelves are stocked that's a bold face lie can't walk to the store to go to the bathroom without getting stopped at least five times and the shelves are stocked
Thank God for the MSAs without them the store would really look bad I haven't had time to down stock or do much of anything when you clock in there's always 3 to 4 people waiting on you can't take three steps without hearing sir sir
We are. Like it’s really going to make a difference. I think customers will notice the lack of help on the floor before they notice the bays haven’t been detailed.
I thought the MSAs were supposed to do POG integrity check and maintain things so sales floor associates did not have to do so?

Unless your referring to what happened 4 weeks ago when district manager walked store and counted displays and compared to items on shelf
She found a few, not many but did not like empty display holders
Not a big deal
We unscrewed them and threw them away
