OP: I’ve never seen or heard anything from the director level or higher that makes me believe they care. What I’ve heard is “let’s just get to 55, then we’ll fix it”.
And they do read those reviews, as well as comments on this site, though not for the reasons that most agreement employees who post here appear to think.

The biggest concern for Lance is selling at the right time to make the most money before leaving.
still #1 baby. glassdoor approval rating for lance has seeped back up to 10% however. i know there's no recent fake reviews on there from management. absolutely not. not this one from november 25 from a former "material handler" in chicago. "safe, professional work experience." Cons: "I didn't encounter any cons." DIDNT' EXPERIENCE ANY CONS WHATSOEVER. LMAO. Please.

"Amazing place to work with great benefits and lots of opportunities." Cool. What are the Cons? "Millennials coming into the workforce that cannot handle the hard work" LMAO. Really? That's the only con you could think of?
These fake reviews are so obvious it is sad and yet poor ol lance can't get it back up over 10%. Still it's out of the single digits. For now.
