Must say, we have the best CEO in the business! Nice little surprise with the $2000 Christmas bonus we got in our group. Did everyone else get this too? Blessed to be a part of this great company!

Moving offices? This isn’t as much about layoffs as it is giving the 5th floor plumbing a much needed “break” and giving another floor a go at it. This is what I heard at the water cooler anyway!

I believe Arkansas Western Gas will save us. That’s good people up here in these hills of Arkansas. And we in Spring need some new blood. Hopefully Mr. Way gets terminated like half of the NFL coaches tomorrow.

In office today. Not as many HR people here today compared to yesterday. Did see in their area boxes of white full envelopes. Also saw a delivery of folded boxes like the kind you love stuff or pack stuff when you leave.
The HR people are a bunch of useless s—ups! They bring no value to the table like us folks in Land. Land is KING!
I am not OP about HR working busily today. Confirmed they are here and a bit of haste/secrecy.
Only a true leader would wake up at 4:00 am on Christmas morning and personally compose a heart felt email from his “home in Houston”. We at SWN are truly blessed...
I fear layoffs soon. So much that I stiffed my whole family the same way Jay Weigh stiffed us on bonuses. In other news, I seent that there is a new menu for the Market in the works for a debut on 1-2-20. Items include the “layoff eggs and bacon”, and and the “incompetent management omelette”, and my favorite, the “circle jerk burger”. Hopefully no layoffs, but good food to look forward to!
Hey everyone. This is weird. Had to work today. a lot and I mean a lot of HR folks working today. Busy scurrying around. Is this to be ready for layoffs next week? I hope not!!!

Got a strange meeting invite for tomorrow morning. Not many details, but says to be in Conference Center B at 7:30am. Could it be? Could I be laid off and get to finish my Christmas shopping on Monday afternoon? Please give me a good severance package!
I got a $1000 spot bonus this week from my supervisor. He said no layoffs are coming best Christmas ever!
The problem is people who work in the field on locations are forgotten. December 20th, no bonuses have been distributed yet. It appears there is NO “Christmas” bonus but you can bet your a– those in the office and upper management have all received theirs. Have a nice Christmas you pieces of sh–.
Got my XMAS bonus too by selling all of my virtually worthless grants, at least I can claim a healthy 2019 tax deduction....what a bad taste in my mouth that it left...current mgmt. has taken a $15 billion company to less than $2 billion and with only one viable asset left....SWN is a true corporate zombie, dead but still trading

Can anyone confirm that 5 people in Spring were laid off today? Heard that up here in WV. If true. One word cold hearted. Hopefully it is a rumor. Anyone confirm?

Have to vent. Missed my daughter’s Christmas pageant tonight. Evidentially Way need info from my group that caused me to stay late. Turns out that info was never used. Can we “layoff” executive?
Still out at location and workin this problem well. She just keeps kickin and I am living on pipin hot Sheetz coffee. Miss my family and my partner. He’s been a trooper watching my kids from my first wife. No bonuses out hear that I heard of. Hope to make it home back to Conway by Christmas Eve. The well site supervisor has been a bit of a grinch.
