They are sending Regional people in the stores to kick their asses..... Insanity... Stores have long lines, no staff. No one wants to work in the stores. $9.00 an hour doesn't make it. The two most important weeks in the year and they are coming into the store to kick their asses and absolutely K–l any positive vibes in a store. A Regional Ops Manager that hasn't been to these stores in two years and comes in and creates absolute chaos... GOD FORBID if they look in the mirror!!!!! One person has ruined a whole Metro area.
These two weeks are about survival.... not compliance..... LOOK IN THE MIRROR! Enjoy your travel, motels and meals and your two days off a week.... Pathetic.

If Eddie can abandon Sears and Kmart so can we. Leave this dreaded company called Transdisaster.
Corporate isn’t sending them out. They are doing this insanity all on their own. Everyone can blame EL all they want but the blood is on the field leadership also. These clowns were all corporate vp’s or director throughout the decline. But hey, they have their million Hilton honors points and millions of American Airline miles. Lots of miles this weekend, just watch.
Hope the company has enough $$ to pay their corporate credit cards.

Get out, I spent 17 years stressed out at Kmart, have almost no stress and better pay and benefits!! Very easy to find work out there for the last 2 years, many many good jobs. I loved the suggestion of calling out on Xmas Eve, what will you lose 1 day Pay? Well worth it.
