No raises, OT’s been cut to nothing and we have run out of work here the south Sheldon location. Meanwhile, no salespeople have been fired. They just fire the hard working employees who. Actually want to be here and do a good job. All of the salespeople here are young primadonnas who just play golf and have lunches paid for by company. Why is this tolerated? Where is our leadership at? Now with things getting even slower, they’re going to start cutting people again and they dont touch the salesman. I hurd many cuts are coming in the next 3 or so weeks.

Only if the lunches includes actual customers. Our sales group just takes out other salesman from our group. No one holds them accountable.
Whether you like it or not, golf and lunches is where sales are made. Does it makes sense to keep around a bunch of shop guys when there's no one buying? Are you going to sell anything?
This happens all over the place, it’s not just a “Tuboscope” thing.
