What a bunch of hog wash, all these processes just add more levels of bull c-ap so you can't get real work done. Hopefully someone higher up see though this c-ap and comes of with a process that both L-CSC and L-HPES can access and perform.
Maybe one day we'll get executives that really understand what we do and they create a process to make it efficient, easy to use and easy to execute.

Lol. Dxc six sigma. The processes are not defined or stable enough to consider just low levels of std deviation. Sometimes it feels like cloud cuckoo land there. Just get some basic process for delivery in place first such as, oh I don’t know, how to listen to What your customers want as a start. A bit radical, but hey just a thought.
