Thread regarding DXC Technology layoffs

We are committed to establishing a culture of continuous improvement with methods such as Kaizen, Lean, and Six Sigma.

What a bunch of hog wash, all these processes just add more levels of bull c-ap so you can't get real work done. Hopefully someone higher up see though this c-ap and comes of with a process that both L-CSC and L-HPES can access and perform.

Maybe one day we'll get executives that really understand what we do and they create a process to make it efficient, easy to use and easy to execute.

Sofia, Bulgaria, Manila , Bangalore and Chennai centers but NOT 1 US center. Yells you something doesn't it?

Six Sigma, Spartans, Bionix - all a load of hot air that achieve nothing except a tick in a box for managers. Better use of time to surf the net.

More useless strategy and process. When is someone going focus on lack of sales and growing the business, surely it's not rocket science of what is needed in this company.

Ah time for that again, few people go and do some six sigma training come back have a couple of meetings - which result in no useful output. Wait 2 years. Repeat

Lol. Dxc six sigma. The processes are not defined or stable enough to consider just low levels of std deviation. Sometimes it feels like cloud cuckoo land there. Just get some basic process for delivery in place first such as, oh I don’t know, how to listen to What your customers want as a start. A bit radical, but hey just a thought.
