A consistent theme of the rumors has been that the initial layoff wave was the first of three, with a third coming in January. Now that the second wave has hit, EC members who lied to associates' faces about "stability" after wave 1 have the trust of exactly no one. Since associates already know there will be no bonus payouts in Feb/March, expect an exodus in the next 6-8 weeks as people weigh missing out on severance vs. waiting too long & finding the market swamped with more laid off ADS staff. And maybe that's the point... those of us who jump ship amid the awful morale they've created will save the EC a tiny bit more in op-ex.

It wasn't HR who made the layoff decisions; those came from the top.
Morale is in the dumper for all of us people who are not self absorbed. Really great people gone and some not so great ones still here. Who made the decisions to let people go a bunch of id–ts oh wait if it was HR than that explains it. Trained chimps may actually be better.
The no ic that is being discussed below is the company incentive plan which is an annual plan/ payout based on EBT. Your monthly incentive plan is paid based on your department’s achievement and is not what is being discussed. There have literally been no collectors or care reps directly affected by the layoffs that took place on October 23/December 9.
Where has it been communicated? No incentive? Early Assist....
It has communicated several ways there will be no IC payouts. Wouldn't look for any merit increases either.
What do you mean no bonus payouts in Feb/March?
Alliance has done nothing for the community that is truly genuine other than them receiving a tax incentive.
How can they participate in charities when they have left 380 folks possibly HOMELSSS in just the last 2 months??
Some of the impacted families probably had special need kids and alliance without notice cut them off.
Let this be your warning to start looking for anorher job RIGHT now.
