I did not like how the mass layoffs occurred in 2018/2019...I know team leads and above knew we were getting laid off but continued to lie when approached on the subject...just to finish off accounts without people bailing so the pockets of the higher ups could be filled...all the while we "workers" could have planned accordingly. ..im still technically "laid off"...are you going to payout all of us?

Acosta takes advantage of the employees and does not care about them. No matter how loyal an employee can be, how hard working, or how long have been working for them. Acosta sales and marketing's glorified self description of what a wonderful company it is to work for is a pile of cow patties. Mooooooo!

What you failed to realize is: with Acosta, first: you are just a NUMBER, nothing more. Second, you are only guaranteed a job the DAY YOU WORK, nothing beyond that.
