Lol, you really believed these are anonymous? 2nd Q Pulse survey my Director called out the Sr Mgrs with low response #s. Reply and be honest but not vindictive or sound like a victim. Use the open ended feedback questions to send the correct message. Your VP’s actually read those.
I gave nearly 90% negative ratings/feedback on every pulse survey this year (3 or 4 of them) and not a single thing has happened to me.
I figured I'd be honest...I plan on leaving anyway and I'm hoping they pay me to leave.
Yes after the pulse survey and I know a few people who got written up and are now on finals after they aired their opinions which they claim is "anonymous". Yes it's extremely unfair
