Nothing is anonymous at AIG. Anything you say will be traced to you and used against you. The managers can figure out the wording used in surveys and trace abck to you. Do not believe a word HR says, or you will regret it.

Ya they have really improved the technology. There were so many issues in the system when trying to complete the performance evaluations. They still don't have IE or other browsers right. It's also a day to day issues working with these systems. That should be addressed before they hire more senior management.
They use the survey to help improve the company. I have been here for 14 years and love it. I do nothing and get paid for it. Find meeeeeee
When the company puts out these "Anonymous" surveys. They can tell Who You Are by your IP address
Who cares, everyone will be riffed at some point
That's not true but if true it'd be a good thing. I like my manager a lot and try to leave the best feedback I can to help him
I believe there is some truth to this post and managers can figure it out. Not all managers take the feedback as constructive when they should so that they could learn. It seems like only the working employees have to take the feedback from their managers.
OP has a point - the company lacks integrity - but in general every manager’s head is on the block too - nothing has changed - it’s an ugly cycle they employ the same underhanded chicken s$&t tactics year after year as the company continues to slowly bleed out ...working there - it’s like living in a chicken coop - sooner or later ... sooner or later.
False...not true at all!
