Does anybody know what the packages look like? I just want to know what to expect when I get my notice. It’s just a matter of time

No severance packages. They cut the good ones (that I know) and kept the numnuts. Like the last poster said - the offer is garbage. Merely a way to keep you within their grasps... Shady & questionable actions. Not to mention, they won't verify your termination dates, nor will they answer any questions... Weatherford's clock is tick-tick-ticking.
I did not get a severance package. What I did get offered was a Zero Hour contract with SL Global to work with exclusive for Weatherford with a 21% hourly rate pay cut. Pay for your own travel. Healthcare package which costs more but has about about as good of healthcare coverage as a prison ship. That was my Christmas gift from Weatherford. On top of that they want me to immediately sign on with SL Global and sit and starve even further as a W2 employee without being able to collect unemployment and without being any pay or health benefits while waiting for future jobs at the end of January or beginning of February. It is time to walk away and let them burn.

Last I heard (2016), it was between 3 and 12 weeks' pay - depending on length of service.
