I believe, at most, a couple of board members in common, plus the large stock funds hold shares in both.
Be careful what you wish for; we wanted Nibbles gone and got Marvin.

Wal Mart is owned by Wal Mart Corporation. Lowe's is owned by Lowe's corporation. So, there is no mixing there. Sometimes, thinking is, that the CEO would depart if WMT was to acquire Lowe's which would be a welcome event. When it comes to ownership, there is no mixing between Lowe's and Wal Mart.
