I don't know how it went down on the Sears side of things, but at Kmart, three years after implementation, the average items scanned at Kmart when from 18 items scanned per minute to 5. That's pretty much Eddie's business acumen in a nutshell.

And you wonder why same store sales DECLINED over the same period! You have impatient shoppers, so free ship or not, they don't want to wait!
I don’t mind waiting in line for free stuff and to get a ton of coupons for more free stuff.
