Reduce the 5 and 6 tiered good ole boy managers that make 6 figure salaries and contribute very little to the process.They could keep quite a few boots on the ground productive employees actually working for each one of those “chosen” ones.

It’s collapsing as we speak. Or type I should say!
They will eventually thin the herd. It’s in the final steps of PSR implementation. Got to have loyal sergeants to run your troops. If you cut them during the downsizing they lose faith too. Then it all collapses.
Now come on, they can’t get rid of those employees, who would be left to, stand around at a derailment looking at there phone pretending to be busy, or who would be left to plan the corporate Christmas party, or go get the board members the scones and chi latte’s that they order. Come on now let’s be real people.
