What a way to waste hard earned money that could go to employees getting a small raise of cost of living. Very sad this current leadership has this mindset

McKinsey is still here, but several execs in technology are Accenture people, so I expect Accenture to be brought on bosrd. JR doesn't like them, but then nobody likes JR, either.

Bob B fired McKinsey when he got here, too bad he isn’t still here, the board and senior management have no ideas or skills, so they hired expensive consultants to tell them to get rid of people so they can pay themselves even more

Ya would think after all the years of using McKinsey, with no real good results they would look to another firm or have all the Senior Managers that have been hired to turn this company around come up with something. So much wasted on these firms

The McKinsey team that’s here now is from the Restructuting/Bankrutcy practice.

What exactly did McKinsey do for AIG. They came up with a useless template survey for employees and they obviously recommended RIF's along with the hiring of more Senior Management and creation of more Senior Management positions. Oh and lets take whatever benefits we can away from employees.

Bankruptcy firm. The government will not save AIG this time. Due to all the layoffs, the company is no longer too big to fail. BD will be long gone by then with his golden parachute package.
