AND who do they blame ... the employees who were not asked to work New Years Day. This is what we are working with in lower management in OH. They do nothing all day ...but first to pass the buck. OH and hand down the punishment .
We have no work folks. Larry listen to me. Start with lower management .... if not enough work for us. We don't need them!

To the poster below, yes, lower management here HAS gone completely out of control. A couple in particular are openly nasty and throw other teams’ members under the bus, like, in a bizarre way. No one cares. Nothing changes. Continue banging your head against a wall. Just leave if you can. Other places HAVE to be better than this.
This post is so untrue. Lower management goes to meetings they have no business going to and sit around gossiping about their team members. Most lower management are unqualified, kiss asses.

This place is a joke... no wonder our own employees pick Caresource for their own families. Yes Gov we don't even pick Molina!!!!!! You need help with uninsured children... seek out Caresource .
A lot of issues. We had the girl from the gym, the motorcycle mechanic, the Gardner, the amway guy, the guy that was running the Queen Mary. This is how we got here people. Now get off your butts and get to work. Let’s make this Molina company great again peeps.
Let me see what I can do. A lot of friends and family still lingering. And I’m still dealing with the girl from the gym situation from the brothers. Looking forward- very few unhappy employees and the surveys look good
Larry they are right. You are paying a bunch of folks to do nothing. A lot of made of projects to keep the "favorites " around. Molina what a joke.
Let me look into this for you. The surveys were really really good so I’m not sure what is happening in O H I O
I do know we have some dummies there. Again it’s a small percentage of folks based on our excellent surveys.
