Still waiting for the info that ties the career framework to salary ranges. I dont really care what my job title is, but I do care how much I am going to get paid now and in the future. Has anyone heard anything about salary ranges yet?

The reason why everyone is bailing to Northrop, Boeing and other defense contractors is because they pay %20-%40 higher wages for similar roles.

You’re all BB’s slaves now so I surely hope you enjoyed it, all the while those of us who left the company are making more money and living a better and happier life. Not to mention bonuses and perks like discounts and the like that were gone last year.only available to higher ups. Piss poor raises if you’re lucky or in management roles all so they can shuffle funds to show profits to share holders

New pay starts Feb 29th and you will see it on the March 20th paycheck. 3% allocated per person in the department. Lower performers and higher in range get less money. Higher performers and lower in range get more money.

To address the original poster, we were told that by the end of December salary ranges would be visible to us. I have not seen or found the salary ranges either.

The statement posted above is 100% accurate: "Salaries will be the same but no bonuses, low pay raises, reduced benefits and health care... and lay off!!! There is no reason to reduce your salary if you are going to be laid off soon." Legacy L3 is still too top heavy with worthless management. I heard Bill Brown is on the short list for replacing the CEO of Boeing. Might be worth looking into....

Legacy L3 employees have already switched to nee job titles about 3 weeks ago.
Heard from a guy at a legacy L3 site that they are switching to new job titles... can new salary ranges be far behind?

Wel all know how it works. Just do your job and go home or find another one. All this paranoia at this company is what makes it miserable.
No company will pay you more then what you get now unless they are being sued for discrimination in pay. They will come up with a formula with variable (such as location/state) to match the current range in your area.
Would remain the same until the L3 salaries equal comparable salaries for the Harris same positions as I understand it.
Harris is conducting salplan this year. No L3 input
I asked my manager the same question and was told that my salary would not change. I checked my pay stub this new year, and indeed my salary remains the same.
I asked my manager that the other day and he just blew me off.
