I was laid off a while back, and I like Fiserv so was looking for jobs that I could apply for to come back in. But every time I click on something that I get an alert for in job hunting sites it says it's expired?
Are these real jobs or is Fiserv just playing games?
Maybe that is what a hiring freeze looks like from the outside. Sounds less stressful.
Given what you are reading here, do you REALLY want to go back?
As to your question, it's possible that real job listings were posted and then sc-aped by recruiting sites. It's also possible that these jobs were legit but in the wake of layoffs and cost cutting were no longer able to be filled. And lastly, it's possible that Fiserv recruiting just wants to get a candidate pool lined up in case people leave (voluntarily or involuntarily) and they need to backfill.
