More appointments announced today. Wow I can't believe all the new positions and promotions for Senior Management. This means more RIF's. coming. With all the newly created positions and promotions of Senior Management, and hard to follow e-mails, you would think they would have a town Hall. BD and the Senior Management Team need to be more transparent. And that advice is free. We don't need McKinsey for that simple advice

More RIF's are expected the week after the Town Hall. Oh and there will be more new senior leadership along with the RIF's. In addition to that, there will be more employees leaving after their STI's are paid out.
Probably soon. A lot more Senior Management has been added since the New Year began, so RIF's will be following. If not this week, watch out for the Tuesday of the next pay week.
