I have noticed that we are bleeding SM and DL lately in our region. Is that company wide? We can’t keep an SMIT in the role long enough to even properly learn the job before they are forced into a store and without a proper DL no job title changes are being made. CVS has always had problems keeping hourly employees but with this new turn of events I am scared RD will start forcing us to run more than one store (I’ve done this in the past)...Not to mention all the SM that are saying they are leaving when they bonus and the ones that are wanting to retire. Has anyone else noticed this?

I left 6 months ago and still come on here to see if anything has changed. Apparently it has only gotten worse. One of the best decisions I've ever made was stepping away as the store manager. I'm making a little less money with another company but I feel I'm more appreciated and I work my 40 and go home. Less stress is the way to go.
I left as well, no engagement, no employees...I was on vacation in Scottsdale and ate at a In & out burger, it had 16 employees working and they were the most engaged employees Ive seen!!they were cooking hamburgers!!Treat your employees how you want them to treat your customers!!somewhere along the way all these retail executives forgot that and they are getting steamrolled by amazon.
I left a couple of months ago. Was not waiting until more changes came. When I started with the company it was a company I really respected. In the past couple of years it turned into a place I hated. The company puts lives in danger when it cuts hours this drastically. It may be a multi billion dollar a year company but it’s built on the backs of people who are becoming more and more slave labor. It’s ridiculous.
Yea waiting for that bonus and then jumping ship. Don’t want to work 6 days a week anymore with no appreciation
