Big management changes. Rosters limits going up. Even more invasive verint tracking coming. If you thought it was bad before just wait. Stalking members who are UTC starting up again. Metrics coming back with new MPS that’s coming. Ah, just like old times.

Is it me, or does it seem like they are trying to enroll any member they can to show HAH is profitable and save the program? I am very grateful for my WAH position, but I find myself shaking my head a lot lately. Some of the reasons for moving members back to managed is ridiculous. I am going to keep helping my members and see what happens.
LOL ! We "think" this new program will save so much time that we're going to go ahead and dump more in your already behind rosters. Does honesty exist anywhere? Why not just say there are people in holding? OH cause if there were that many people in holding, graduations wouldn't be throttled!
IDK how people are keeping up now. People on our team constantly needing help. Will be interesting to see what plays out this year.
Great! Is this is all areas including case management? We haven’t been told anything yet, but that’s nothing new. I learn all of the news from sites like this while our manager acts like she doesn’t know anything. I spruced up my resume during the last RIF. I’m just not happy working here anymore! It’s not nursing at all, it’s telemarking with a degree. We can’t even chart anymore. The managers never have an answer for any question that’s asked, the response is always “I don’t know.” Really? I just don’t understand, we get constant conflicting information as well. I’m tired of it.
Sure, that’s true, so many hours in a day, but it doesn’t help to say that when the pressure and expectations are unreal and you get punished for not meeting the unreal expectations.
Good thing we are hourly now. We can only do so much work in a day :)
We got told earlier this month. Knew they wouldn’t treat us like humans for long. Going to spruce up the resume.
