Looks like SVP + only for now. I know a a few SVP's who recently quit. I wonder if this will make its way to the entire firm and if it's a way to get the dead wood up there to move along.
This is long overdue. There are too many VPs/SVPs making way too much money to do very little.
Just another method to cut costs and get some turnover. Fidelity is currently in a HUGE turnover phase in both technologies (going to Cloud as well as adopting Agile) and rebranding the company as more progressive in order to lure in younger talent that costs less and which will help them reach these goals.
