I'm LNS at my local Lowe's store and my position title as live nursery specialist was taken and I was given customer service 4 and an earlier schedule my pay is the same .
Plumbing and electrical manager gets paint added.
Our install office cut from 5 to 2
They still been getting the installers out, so now they are going to put foot down and tell receiving to do it
We've had a pro suptervisor for a few months.
But our Pro sales are over $15,000,00 / year with 4 specialists, 2 csa's, and 2 loaders.
If LNS is losing title and going to CSA4 doesn't that mean that bonus will now be at CSA4, no longer specialist?? That's a cut for them, our LNS brags how much more he got than us, but it's us CSA4's that do all the work/get sales.
it's a title . so f—ing what? didn't lose job and kept pay. they could have been real f—s and took pay and or fired all lns. stop saying no more lns. we will be doing the same sh– from what I was told and that's fine with me. still have keys, still have override card, still have same pay. so what this d–k ment to say was no more title for lns. bye bye
So the real story... RTM is a rolling change maybe up to 4 months (they will Be given a 4 week heads up) then will be moved to a csa 4 on the floor if they want. LNS loses title only. Some stores will split pro and lumber and add a supervisor. Some stores add a Oslg ds. Most stores will lose 1 install sales associate and will run with a supervisor and 1 associate. The install sales associate losing position can take a csa 4 position on the floor. This change will happen in 4 weeks.
You dipshit, they’re adding a PRO DS for stores that don’t already have one/that share theirs with Lumber.
Not that logic goes to any of this, but is pro sup just losing pro and keep lumber?
LNS made a CSA 4. Installed Sales Coordinators reduced at some stores depending on department’s performance. If the IS office is not performing well, the eliminated ISC(s) were offered to move to the sales floor.
Our LNS was made a head cashier, our install coordinator quit after her position was made 1/2 time; she was never replaced. Our pro services supervisor has been mopping around recently.
