Which makes sense. You just do away with individual contributor jobs or someone else absorbs it. For the teams they need to train someone to take over the group so someone can still do the work....unless they are just going to eliminate the dept but I think that would be pretty rare.

^^Cheers^^ thanks but It does seem like the individual contributors get laid off and whole groups are the ones that depart through HCL.
@ Pick me— I'm thinking why re-badge when you can just layoff, which is what Xerox has been doing more and more. I'm doubtful that more re-badging will occur. Sadly when Xerox does the layoff, you're shown the door THAT day. When HCL does the layoff (US/Webster) you're phased out in the next 60-90 days. Severance will vary by position.
What's left to rebadge? Distribution planning? More Engineering?
The WARN notice that someone posted below was for part of the Webster individual’s flipped to HCL last April. Now they will be shown the door April 2020.
I was asking when they will rebadge more Webster people to HCL.
Yes there were key positions in Webster in production equipment mfg who were transferred to HCL last year who recently received their notice of last day in April. Jobs being taken over by folks in India. Crazy that this is happening.

For Webster? I doubt there will be any. I haven't seen much of that for people in Webster. There were a bunch rebadged to HCL 8 or 9 years ago when we first made the HCL relationship, but have there been any since then?
