Terrible treatment for the sales people

If you work at this company, good luck taking any issue up with the managers. It’s like our managers want us to work in the worst possible conditions. Huge workloads and the pay that is well below the industry standards apparently isn’t enough for them, but they have to make our life a living hell. They don’t hesitate to micromanage us when it suits them, but any time a real issue comes up they are nowhere to be seen. What’s the point of systematically neglecting the very people that bring the actual money to the company? Is that part of a wider plan to encourage attrition or has this company lost its compass to the point that they have no idea what they’re doing?

Not a place you want to be right now as a sales person or a customer. All furloughed employees business has been outsourced to the call center. Orders aren’t being delivered but are being billed sometimes multiple times. Welcome to the new quill everyone.

First company I could not figure out in my 30 years of sales and you got it right on their ultimate goals of getting rid of older people that grew WBMansons ( WBMason) business. They want the company age between 21-25 , so kids are covered by their parents insurance. QUITE the company....Customer disservice starts with not giving credits and expecting the customers to be that dumb so they can sell it twice. Very deceptive company to all the somewhat loyal salespeople and customers . They got rid of hundreds of customer service thru out organization. Some of the best. Now its pathetic most time call waiting from 10 min to 40 minutes and months to get credits back. Sad company ownership has changed and does not value customers or its people. Unless your management and they pay with their lying soles... WBMason s—s.....
