500 ASMs were terminated today
ASMs who had two areas of improvement on their evaluation were let go today. Only exemptions were for new ASMs who haven't been here long enough for an evaluation.

This is not true. So your research and stop believing everything you read. A simple google search would show you this happened in 2018. A company this big would be all over the news if this happened.
Why does this feel like old news?
@6a81... Are you in CA? Same thing happening here. They have been targeting women for the last 5 years. Especially in markets, like ours, run by males with of course their male good ole boy regionals at the helm of it all. Totally different expectations and different standards for us female assistants, and I have seen for CM's for that matter. I'm not saying our male assistants are anything bad but they do treat us differently like they expect more from us as females.
If anybody listening they dont care about you, start looking for another job, stop hanging on this is not the same company from the sam days.

This year’s Evaluation has Improvement needed and there’s Never been a discussion prior about me needing any improvement.
Sad to think this is the same company I have always been proud to say I work for. Heartbreaking time for all of us who have worked so hard for a company who just throws you away without a care! I’m still waiting for what I know is coming. After all it’s still a “Good Ol Boys Company”
It's only a matter of time before at happens at Sam's Club as well
We all knew it was coming and, completely bogus evaluations. How they live with their lies & lack of integrity is astounding. Life as a leader at Sam's today.
