Thread regarding Oracle Corp. layoffs

NAA ran by CD

I have no faith in CD running NAA. Rumors were that CX Renewals would be on own and then they moved it under CB who runs the customer success and she slaughtered that team within 4 days of running it. That's when the first RIF happened. CD never showed any interest in the Renewals team. He hired MB (exSFDC) to run that team and he even jumped ship I believe right after 1 year to field sales and now runs that team. When I was there, he was all talks and didn't do s. That team has gone through so many VPs its insane. I heard CB has YD and MF running the Sshow.

What is becoming to these people working for O. Like everyone is saying, get out while you can. Unexperienced people running what they do not know and taking it to the ground. Sad reality.

CB is the biggest fraud I’ve seen in my professional career. It’s hard to fathom her getting more responsibility but at Oracle this is common. CB says one thing and does another. The only example she sets is ‘how not to’ lead and communicate to a group of people. Customer Success at Oracle was set on fire when she joined. As a previous poster said, she ruined it within her first couple of days in charge. Absolutely pathetic!

If ED running YU then you KB managed RH . The people in O are like AH and I heard only IS will work there. If you dont like HG then please get BN and do your KE .
