CVS worries more about metrics than patient care. Metrics are life at CVS. You don't meet them you don't work. More about profits and less about "helping people on their path to better health."
I have to ask, how are there still people who don't know this? CVS was ALWAYS profit first, helping patients second. This is not new information. If you've been here longer than two months, you should know this.
