As per UK law, if 100+ people are made redundant, it requires a min of 45 days of consultation period

The lists went in this week by 2nd line managers. The #'s are 43% of GTS across the board will be let go and this affects cloud as well. Cloud technical resources were told today they will be working MUCH closer with GBS aka moving to GBS.
managers are meeting first here - they gonna prep them so they know how to respond when grunts call them
GBS uk have just scheduled a 15 min “All Hands Meeting” which usually means one thing only - Redundancies!! Especially as GTS/TSS announced a similar programme last week. The important factor will be the consultation period...30 days 99 or Less, 45 days 100+
Heard it's 30 days plus 90 severance in my area. I guess they figured 90 day package will make people want to sing the release, unlike the 90/30 deal they have offered me.
