Pathetic place to work. Morale is around... well, there isn't any really so we'll just skip that one.
All the talented people have been let go by corporate leeches at the top of the company's food chain, leaving it with an army of co-op employees. Even going to the bathroom is a traumatizing event, seeing the sad and tired faces of those who are still left there to suffer. As a result, one spends the entire workday sitting at his/her desk with a full bladder because even that type of painful discomfort is preferable to seeing people you know, slowly rot in their misery.
Change Healthcare seems to be some type of amateur organization who's only claim to fame is inventing id–tic slogans and giving sleep inducing pet talks during sleep inducing town halls.
While one sees his/her friends and co-workers of many many years disappear like in dissidents in old Soviet Russia, the company trained lemmings pat themselves on their back for "doing a great job" and tell the rest of the disposable workforce how the future looks "bright". A brightness that leaves much to be desired.
Now add to that the fact that this entire amateur operation is moving to the Philippines and one can only sit back. open up a bag of Cheetos, put their feet up on the coffee table and enjoy this epic train wreck in slow motion.
I won't even mention the stupid, virtue signalling SJW brainwashing campaigns which the already soul stripped employees are subjected to via large flat screens hanging every 10ft or so. A joke of a company.
I would strongly urge Webster's Dictionary to substitute words like "pathetic", "worthless", "depressing", "pointless" and "dying" with "Change Healthcare". You're welcome.
I must mention however that the company did provide some humorous and entertaining moments while still under the Mckesson brand. The then CEO, one "John Hammergren" wrote a book you see. 300 pages or so of absolute NOTHING. This was literally the musings and mental gymnastics of an ego maniac who one day decided that of all things, that he hasn't written a book yet. And thus, some poor trees suffered and had to be cut down in order to bare his intellectual vomit. Within days of "publishing", the said "book" became a cruel tool of punishment for under performing employees. A forced reading of the first 2 paragraphs quickly snapped people into shape!
