How about getting back to the basics of Good Food,Friendly service at an affordable price. Face it your too high on your goods. Ditch the Helpful Smile 2020 Campaign as there are no employees that understand it much less smile. You know i want to feel sorry for the people involved and i do for the dept heads not sd much for the Directors. Take off the Rose colored glasses, If your going to talk the talk you had better walk the walk.

I feel sorry for the directors that has given Hyvee everything to run a store. They have a lot of great directors.That believe in the company. They also have a good chunk of sh– bag directors that sh– on their employees. I don’t feel sorry for them. Time for your medicine. I hope they gave you the speech that they have plenty of people that want to be directors to replace you with. The day of Hyvee having employees that work 30 years for that coming is OVER!
