Hate to say it but it's kinda your fault if you chose to do any business with Sears. Best advise: immediately cut ties and demand all products back to you, or file lawsuit to accomplish this. If not, you will never see any of that money again and Eddie will sue you to make you keep supplying Sears for free. Watch it happen, I gaurantee you it will if you don't do something NOW!!!

Sears targets small vendors who are desperate for corporate accounts. The smart ones either demand money upfront or no merchandise is shipped.
