What areas do the AM merchandising crew and PM merchandising crew stock on their respective shifts?

Our PM crew only stocks toilet paper too. Don’t even unload or do drop list.
Our am associates are responsible for stocking all grocery freezer cooler category 48 furniture all of electronics all of seasonal all of the candy all of the alcohol wine HBA OTC snacks and the water when it comes in the morning. PM responsible janitorial paper soda paper plates area laundry are and pet foods. And hopefully do the picklest the night before and drops. I
Am stocks electronics, office, furniture, domestics, housewares, auto, home efficiency. All of seasonal, all of grocery categories, freezer/cooler, and hba.
Pm switches cartrail and stocks paper categories, pet food, laundry, and all of beverages
If thats all your evening crew does I bet your club looks like arse. What club are you I want to transfer to that evening crew. We are sick of getting out past 1 am everynight. Our morning crew s—s.
At our club, the PM crew takes care of zoning until we are clear of members, stocks paper/water/soda then runs loose freight if there's time. Receiver bins DC and our forklift merchandisers pick and then go help the stockers as there isn't really much to switch out anymore.
AM crew handles the rest of the stocking.
PM crew zones until 10 pm and stocks the toilet paper and paper towels.
They don’t unload or run freight. Can’t even do a 40 item pick list or pull club pick up.
AM crew is expected to pick up slack with less people.
Evening crew stock paper, water, sodas, dog food ,janitorial And laundry. Morning crew stocks everything else
Every Club has it's own strategy...it's what works best for your Store as a Team.
At first it was a mess. Right now evening drops for the club and focuses on high movers endcap and mixed skids. Mornings work pallets and slot pallets. Could be different elsewhere.
