BNSF is not laying people off by the thousands all CAPS. Buffett knows how to railroad. CSX had to learn the hard way with re-hiring people. NS & UP are sinking.

They can tell employees it's railroading on time with less people and the employees would say it's not psr. Lol
Next he will start grabbing real-estate that they are shedding to increase room for new Customers that don’t buy into the PSR B.S. and want a railroad that is driven buy customer service and not a short term scam
BNSF is the only smart Class 1 on the system. No wonder he is a Billionaire!
He probably doesn't want to alarm the employees by telling them they are adopting P,S.R. but you can be sure they are chopping heads also. that's the smart way
