Right now all they have to worry about is HMS and chickens and ours still can’t handle it.
When did it come out that Produce department was taking over Deli and freezer cooler at Sam’s club?I thought it was in club communications. But I can’t find that email .

Right now we have 2 deli leads. One is "temporary". Both make 21.00 an hour and all they do stock deli all day. Talk about a waste of payroll. Been this way for months.
If you're a fresh lead, you are a god in this company. You're safe.
There is always that chance. Anyone who is actual comfortable with any position they have are fools. Being with the company 20 years I have seen it too many times. Do not ever feel comfortable in your position. No matter how good of a worker you are. They just don't care. Anyone can be replaced.
Never know, they did 5 years ago. Meat team lead was originally over meat, Hms, rotisserie and deli. Bakery lead was over bakery and cafe. Produce lead was over produce and fc/cooler.
