It’s quiet at our store even on the weekends. The majority of customers that come in head straight for the clearance room, and straight back out again.
The few that actually circle can be heard talking about how they’ll just wait for the store closing sale, since the local media did us dirty and reported that all stores in the state are on the chopping block. The response from corporate to that? Crickets.
Everyone here is convinced that our store will be on the next list of store closings, and at this point we just want corporate to stop lying to us.
