Just take sick leave like most decent companies that’s have the courage to care about their employees! Lol

Same as they do for hurricanes or anything else.. No plan. Ignore the problem. Recognize the problem when it’s too late to react. Panic. Make excuses. Have PR team post a story about a conductor giving an elderly lady a ride to church. Lay some more people off. Rinse and repeat.
