Sapience was added to my PC last week, no notification, just started logging my activity. I called my boss to ask what was up and was told it was a surprise to my entire leadership... Which I don't believe.
They are using this to decide who stays/goes in March/April. My advice if you want to stay, keep your PC busy all day and don't open the internet at all, not even fuel.
They like to trial things in India. Better get typing
WOW! I just read a few reviews on Glassdoor. Apparently approx. 1000 resources were laid off last week in India. A lot of reviews mention Sapience being used as a decisioning factor. This is unbelievable! Sapience doesn't consider meeting time, does it??? Has Sapience been rolled out to all Fiserv employees?
Yes, and they will fire you based on the report from Sapience. Senior leaders will scan through some ranking and focus on the least good busy and they will be cut. Keyboard activity every five minutes at least.

Earlier post here indicated Sapience was planned for 15,000 rollouts for precisely the purpose of measuring productivity - more cloak and dagger apps probable to follow. This is all FData of course so be careful and wise and get out of Dodge City.
