Send invoice inquiries info to the correct person without 300 other invoices indirectly to the wrong person. I honestly don’t understand how firing competent employees and hiring joe blow helps us. U hired 5 or six to due the work of 2 and 3! Stupid! That’s what Xerox got wrong! You sit in ur suits and think u figured this out. You’re so wrong. You have no clue about the blue collar worker. Quality and competence is long gone. It is all about low pay and minimum benefits..Xerox
started and passed it off to HCL and now washes their hands of the whole mess.
To Poster: I guess it is not blatantly evident yet that leadership doesn’t care about “Customers” or “Service” or the future of the company and it’s employees at all.
The deal with HCL is simply a mean to reduce headcount & keep a lean balance sheet, priming the company to sell sell sell
