Has the model changed? Are you on a Consignment Model now like Staples?

Fry's was operating as a "Zombie Retail", where the capital cost of liquidating and closing up is more than the marginal monthly cost of keeping the business ostensibly alive. Consignment was used to closed down the store without the need of a having a "Going Out of Business Sale". All the remaining merchandise is ship back to the vendor.
That's what they keep saying. I'm not seeing a lot of goods in the stores, though.
