Are there any store managers who have gotten the hub task for the new front store operating model for 2020?

We need to go to CFR 4.0 quickly ! That's get rid half the damn VP's, and put the savings into store payroll.
They don’t realize we need those hours to catch up planograms - cause on truck week
Every thing halts till we get 12-15 pallets out
It’s like 4-5 days with just me and a cashier and 1 - 4 hour shift overlap - then that person is on a register for back up and lunches for about 2 hours - so now my 40-45
K a week store is going to minimum hours every other week - I’m really starting to hate this -managers talk about being behind and I just really can’t mentally work that way
I can be a planogram or 2 behind but there are managers who say they are still behind on cosmetics -it’s just too much- my cashier and shift only got half the signs up yesterday

Nope. Just something about every other week delivery, CFR 3.0 and how they will reduce demand because of “workflow improvements”. Does not apply to everyone
