Thread regarding Pep Boys-Manny Moe & Jack layoffs

You’ll see a reduction in payroll hours, dropping incrementally biweekly, until there are only 2-4 technicians (in stores normally running 7-10) rotating throughout the week, everyone else furloughed... with stores that normally run 3-4 people on the service desk, reduced to the service manager and one other person working a max of 28-32 hours. You should see a drop in store hours again and probably closing on sundays all together for a while. The idea is not to bleed payroll without the income coming in. It’s gonna be rough, but we will make it through. Good luck and wash your hands 😉😂
