AutoZone followed CDC Guidelines and provided Safety PPE. I for one was relieved that they stayed open and Didn’t lay off or close stores like Advance Auto Parts did. There is also this just because they stayed open didn’t mean you couldn’t quit. You made the decision to come work. That was a decision YOU MADE. AutoZone didn’t force you to. AutoZone kept the doors open to provide parts for other essential workers and gave AutoZoners the opportunity to continue earning a pay check that wanted too.

People are dumb brain-dead mo–ns that are afraid of everything!! When you have no money to live and are living in tye alley behind your once nice home, you can thank yourselves for wanting everything shut down to feel SAFE.

Just heard from a reliable source that AutoZone is removing signs from front doors that say that only up to 10 people at a time are allowed inside the store. Also that they are removing the 6ft distance Markers on the floor and if that wasn’t enough, employees can not refuse service to people that walk in without face mask! Please do not do this!!! Employees are there because they have to feed their families and have to support them. Autozone is probably thinking about their revenue and that they would do whatever it takes for their business to not fail but Consider that without your employees your company will fail. Lives should be your first concern! Everyones life matters. Yours, theirs and ours. Remember you depend on them, they depend on you and their loved ones depend on them!

I work at an Autozone DC. They are splitting inbound and outbound people into different breaks and lunches. However, at my DC on Sundays 3rd shift comes in at 9pm, while 2nd shift is halfway through their shift. So they are have two shifts work together more than doubling the people on the floor for five hours. Breaks? Split. People on the floor doubled. Impossible to distance the actual workers.

Completely non essential to sustaning life and putting family members with pre existing conditions where it's useless to quarantine because the workers are not being able to take off. They have a website to buy online and an app and other stores that have medical supplies and food and hygiene also have basic automotive items ... It's encouraging people to drive out and about that traveling is not good. Emergency vehicles can be used to take people to hospitals. People can deliver stuff to your door... No contact.

I've worked for autozone for the last three year's. I understand that we are open to serve the customers. During this out break. Autozone needs to close some of the stores. Autozone needs to limit the amount of exposure time we face. Commercial managers are sending out drives to other stores, shops, going from one store to another. THAT NEEDS TO STOP. I've also heard that autozone is remodeling stores in the ny area, sending a group of employees from one autozone to another to set up the stores. Again that needs to stop as well. AUTOZONE IS ALL ABOUT THE MONEY, DOESN'T CARE FOR THE EMPLOYEES OR THEIR FAMILIES.

I have worked for Auto Zone for 17 years. Our store teams have faced many natural issues together and now we another to face. I'm greatful to still be able to work during this time. Our stores might need to adjust our business hours but I do not agree to close. We need to be up and running during this time of need. When push comes to shove we need to be there for the general public and any teams that are out to serve the American people during this time. My store was in a flood zone during the hurricane. Many recuse teams needed and used us during that time. Coronavirus will cause such needs also by so e means. I'm proud to work for a dedicated company and we are taking safety precautions for us all?

I'm mixed. I want to keep this economy going too, but the momentum is against us. Government is shutting down everything one by one. I would prefer to be with my family at this moment. My anxiety is high. If anyone has spent the last 10 years reading how society will collapse, we are witnessing the same events we were warned about. This is not funny anymore. I work hard for $8.50 an hour. Grocery stores are paying $13-15 to keep shelves stocked. It's not worth it for me right now, but I do want to stay loyal to AutoZone. Food is more important than my car at this moment. They are discouraging travel. So what do people need their car for?
